Its a new MC that will be working the spot market, with a near new tractor (2026 Cascadia Freightliner with Driver's Lounge and Kubota APU), and a brand new 2027 Reitnouer Drop-Miser trailer, all aluminum fully loaded with needed equipment. It was my truck I had intended to drive but shortly after purchase family matters now prevent me from driving as I had hoped. That's life, I have alternate sources of income and can support the business when the market gets tough. Looking for an exceptional driver but I'll settle on great!
Pay: 2K base pay + scalable percentage pay of revenue + accessorials. Example 9,500 gross to truck nets 2,660 to driver in one week.
I might be able to offer health insurance; it's a road we can cross. Occupational hazard is a given, plus I'll pay for CDL legal for my partner driver.
