Primary Responsibilities
1. Maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies related to their commercial driver’s licenses and Department of Transportation (DOT)/Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations.
2. Conduct Pre-Trip Inspection of mobile unit as required by DOT to ensure the motor vehicle is safe for travel on public roadways. Ensure all equipment needed has been loaded and properly secured.
3. Coordinate with Mobile Services Manager and Client regarding details of show and equipment needs.
4. Coordinate content requirements with client as directed by Mobile Services Manager.
5. Transport equipment to show site. Determine route and departure time in advance to arrive on time and comply with DOT Hours of Service rules and regulations.
6. Assemble and test equipment prior to show start to ensure good video quality and content compatibility.
7. Operate LED and related equipment during show. Troubleshoot and correct any issues that may arise at show site.
8. Disassemble equipment and pack for safe transport from show site.
9. Maintain log books and paperwork as required by DOT regulations. Turn in Trip Reports upon return to headquarters.

Secondary Responsibilities:
1. Complete show reports, as well as company documentation and expense reports as required.
2. Work in concert with Fleet Manager to repair and maintain GoVision motor vehicles to ensure the safe operation on public roadways.
3. Assist with preventative maintenance and upkeep of equipment, including periodic cleaning and quality control testing.
4. Participate in periodic road tests for training purposes, as well as training courses as required by the company to re-train or reiterate safe driving practices. Tests will be conducted (or assigned) by management and may cover a variety of driving criteria.

Pay: Base Salary $42,000 with revenue share (paid monthly after 60 days service) of $8500 annual. Approx. $50K total.

HEALTH INSURANCE

- Coverage begins on the first day of the month following a 60-day probationary period.
- GoVision currently pays 100% of the employee cost of a basic major medical plan that includes an HSA (Health Savings Account) option. If the employee needs to purchase dependent coverage through the group insurance plan, they will have that option available at the time of enrollment.
- After one year of full-time employment with GoVision, the Company will pay 100% of the dependent cost of the basic major medical plan.
- Employees may opt to upgrade to a more traditional, lower deductible plan at their own expense. If they select this option, they will be responsible for the difference between the Company-paid benefit and the upgraded benefit option.
- Employee optional coverage expenses and dependent coverage during the first year will be handled through payroll deduction.

DENTAL INSURANCE

- GoVision currently offers a basic dental plan provided through a DHMO.
- The Company pays 100% of the employee premium, and after one year of service with the Company, the dependent coverage is paid at 100% as well.
- There is an optional upgrade plan available for those employees who prefer a more traditional dental plan, but the difference between the upgraded plan and the basic plan will be at the employee’s expense.
- Employee and dependent optional coverage will be handled through payroll deduction.
LIFE INSURANCE

GoVision provides $25,000 of group life insurance to its employees at no cost to the employee.

SHORT TERM DISABILITY

GoVision provides a short-term disability policy for all eligible, full-time employees which begins on the 8th day of an accident or illness that will render you unable to work for an extended amount of time. The benefit will pay 60% of your salary, not to exceed $1,500/week, for up to 12 weeks.

401(k) Plan

GoVision offers a 401(k) plan in which full-time employees are eligible for participation following a 3-month waiting period. There are four (4) annual entry dates available at the beginning of each quarter. The Company will match up to 4% of employee contributions when the employee contributes a minimum of 5%.
