Class A Over-The-Road Job
Big Rig Freight is looking for a motivated team for OTR position. Team must meet requirements.
* 6 months of OTR driving in the past 2 yrs; or 1 yr of driving in the past 5 years.
* No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
* No more than 1 Preventable incident or accident in the past 3 years.
* DUI's need to be at least 5 yrs old.
* Misdemeanors need to be at least 3 years.
* Felonies need to be at least 7 years to be considered.
* We have different pay structures with incentives based on experience and safety record.
* Teams are taking home an average of $ 160,000.00 annually. That is average of $ 80,000.00 per driver.
* Quarterly and annual performance bonuses.
* Direct deposit every week.
* Pay incentives are based on driver safety record or miles per week.
