Join a stable, high-volume dedicated fleet hauling consistent retail freight with a weekly reset. We provide premium equipment and industry-leading pay for drivers who work hard. Note: Requires secure parking for truck and trailer during home-time.
Earnings & Benefits:
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500
Avg Weekly: $1,600 - $1,800 (Top earners: $2,200+)
Annual Potential: $80,000 - $115,000+
Take-Home Truck: No terminal commute (secure parking required).
Pay- 0.80-.086cpm (doe) + $325 per trailer unload - $30 per back haul.
All-in Pay: Averaging $1.50 (CPM + accessorials).
Route & Schedule:
Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset (Not guaranteed weekends).
Running Area: Regional deliveries to OH, MI, IN, IL, and WI.
Mileage: 1,110 average weekly
Freight: 100% Dedicated Touch Freight (Avg 3 loads per week).
Shift: Early AM starts - Requires night driving.
Equipment: Late-model Internationals, Freightliners, and Kenworths.

Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL.
4+ months of recent OTR experience.
Secure Parking: Must have a safe place to park truck/trailer at home.
21+ years of age.
Satisfactory safety and employment history.
