We combine agile single-unit moves with 150-unit team runs, and we are actively recruiting Class A CDL drivers who want consistent work, clear communication, and respect on every trip.
We welcome experienced professionals and new CDL holders who take safety seriously and want to build a long-term relationship with a growing nationwide carrier.
New CDL holders are encouraged to apply. We will match you with lanes that fit your current experience level and growth path.
Pay: $1000-2000
Valid Class A CDL (new and experienced drivers welcome).
Must meet all DOT driver qualification requirements.
Clean, verifiable driving record with acceptable PSP report.
Able to pass a DOT-compliant drug test and any required follow-up testing.
Clear vehicle registration and ability to provide up-to-date documentation.
Ability to complete a La Guerre LLC driver road test if requested.
Professional communication skills and commitment to on-time delivery.
Comfortable handling a range of units: personal vehicles, commercial trucks, and heavy-duty equipment (training/limitations discussed case by case).
