We are hiring experienced SOLO AND TEAM CDL-A OTR Drivers for high-mileage lanes with steady freight, strong pay, and late-model equipment.
PAY & BONUSES FOR SOLO AND TEAM DRIVERS
- SOLO
Pay: 65-70 CPM
4,000 miles x $0.65 ($0.70) = $2,600 - $2,800 weekly average
- TEAM
Pay: 80-85 CPM
6,000 miles x $0.80 ($0.85) = $4,800 - $5,100 weekly average
$500 No-Violation Inspection Bonus (unlimited)
Weekly direct deposit| 1099
$300-$700 REFERRAL BONUS
$5,000 loyalty bonus after 12 months
EQUIPMENT & SUPPORT
- 2022–2025 Freightliner Cascadia
- Average 250,000 - 450,000 miles equipment, includes refrigerator, microwave, inverter, and APU (on select units)

REQUIREMENTS
Valid CDL CLASS-A
Minimum 2 years of OTR experience (Team - for both of teammates)
Clean driving record (no DUI, reckless driving, or major accidents)
4 weeks on the road | 4 days home
NO SAP!
Must pass DOT-level drug screening
Communication must be good
English language proficiency (B2 level)
